Good Hotel at Miraflores

Location of the hotel is excellent. Quick check in. Many at Reception speak English which is great. Ganiella, Annise are just fantastic. They are extremely aware and helpful in guiding about the city and neighborhood. Junior at the concierge is an absolutely gem 💎. You ask him and he will give you the best information. Rooms are good. Steam and Spa is good. Only one thing, 2 keys one for lift and one of room is little uncomfortable. Breakfast is nice and good variety.

Our bag was lost on the way to Peru, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with the airline to get the bag to us, especially helpful with the language barrier. The location in the city is great for walking around and see the sites. Nice hotel overall!

Above average hotel

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the hotel for 2 nights. Pros: restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was expansive and fantastic, staff was friendly and helpful, weight room with more than just a couple machines was a plus, beautiful pool Cons: Room was a bit aged - shower head didn’t stay in its holder, water damage in the bathroom, etc. Front desk was disorganized and tried to charge us twice for the room before I was able to show proof on my credit card statement, key card twice stopped working. Expected a little better organization and details from such a highly rated hotel, but overall had a nice stay and would stay again for the price.
