From the picture of the room I was booking I was supposed to have a fire place and a balcony. When we got to our room no fireplace, leak stains on the ceiling, Carpart was stained, sheets were stained, The 120 feet from the beach was more 120 steps down a embankment to the beach, parking was not convenient, Pool area was clean but very small. No continental breakfast. The positive the sign said under new management hopefully they are in the works of making it better, the staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. Definitely worth the view.

It was very pet friendly placed on bottom floor. Had good flooring looked new. There was some issue with shower. I was understanding about the room, since they are under new ownership always have to be open while cleaning up after previous owners. I did like location close to beach.

Our room had food, a thick layer of dust on the fireplace vent and all of the furniture. A broken chair (nail tack hanging loose on a chair) and a broken window that was taped over in the bathroom. Fridge was dirty, coffee pot dirty sliding glass door (lock broke) Complained to the front desk. They moved us. This time. Still dusty along the head board and along all furniture. No fireplace, but furniture was in better shape. Back door sliding lock also broken. Fridge and microwave clean this time and shower had good water pressure and heat. Got locked out of our room, otherwise the over all stay was ok.

WE WERE THERE FOR MY BIRTHDAY. WAS VERY HAPPY WITHT THE STAY. I WOULD SUGGEST LEAVING MORE TOWELS SINCE THERE IS THE HOT TUB AND TWO THINGS OF SALT NOT ONE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS BOOKED. VERY CLEAN BUT I DID NOTICE THE WINDOW SEALS NEEDED A GOOD CLEANING. OVER ALL VERY HAPPY WILL BE COMING BACK SOON

This property and the rooms are fairly dated, thus the lower fee I can assume. The room was clean, as far as linens, bedding but the carpet must have been 30 years old. Water coming out of shower was rust colored at initial start. Great beach access and close to town, if you want upper class stay, this is not the place, this is more a low budget stay.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Older room but kept nice. Large window for great ocean view. Had a few snall problems but they had some one there right away to fix them. It was enjoyable

Hot tub was fabulous, staff very friendly. Our room needed some upgrades/ updates. Kitchen needs all new of everything. Had to go to the store twice to get things they didn’t have. Like salt and pepper and oven mitts and the fireplace didn’t work. But overall I would stay again and pack in supplies.

I could deal with it not being super clean, or the fireplace not working, but the walls are paper thin. I was woken up multiple times by screaming kids and belching neighbors who slammed their door at all hours of the evening. Would not recommend.

We loved the view from our room and being angle to open the window and hear the ocean. Ali we loved hanging a separate bedroom in our room. The tv could have been placed a little better but we made it work.

Room had a big dead bug smashed dead on ceiling, portable fan had lots of dust built up on it, and bedding was nothing like picture on their site when picking room. The stairwell going down to our room was filthy. Will not stay there again

Loud neighbors. Person above us had a dog which was running back and forth. People were just loud and not respectful. The room was comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub. Parking was awful. Probably have door dings. Couldn't get in and out hardly.

It was a nice place. We got a free up grade with an oecan view. It was beautiful. Thank you to the lady at the desk that checked us in. She was super nice. That should give her a raise lol

We didn’t have a balcony. The large view window is badly damaged. The seal is broken and you can’t see the ocean view. It looks like the two side windows were replaced but the main one wasn’t. We didn’t use the hot tub.
