Amazing veiw of the ocean

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable. One of the windows was broken though and would not close all the way.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a roof to sleep under, but was disgustingly unclean and things were falling apart. The staff was snarky when a man in front of me was complaining about how gross his cabin was. My room wasn't ready to check into until after 5:00 pm. Please don't stay here.

It looked dated. It looked like an under cover vice cop would meet their detective there. There were parts of the interior walls that were painted to cover something but the cover up paint wasn’t close to the correct color. The room I reserved was pictured with hardwood floors. I got carpet which god only knows how many bodily fluids have been spewed across them. Saying all of that would I stay there again, probably not. If I was in a position where I was looking for a cheap room with amazing views and good beach access I would reconsider.

Staff so friendly. View wonderful. I've stayed at hotel next door for years. We got a room that had a clean bathroom and beddings. However, I don't think they had vacuumed or dusted surfaces as they were covered with dust. This might have been due to the windows that were stuck in the open position and couldn't be closed.

Although the room was typical in design of many hotels, the large window view of the ocean was something special. The room is dated so could use a “facelift”. Parking was a bit tight in front of the room entrance but there was ample parking elsewhere.

Great service, beautiful house. Super close to the beach and there’s a hot tub and pool. Only complain tho is that the house its self didn’t seem like it had been cleaned that well. Found a hair on one of the pillows before even touching the bed. But other than that it was a 10/10 experience.

The beach access was nice, the rooms...so,so. My TV broke, then they replaced it and that night my fridge went out ruining about 50 dollars worth of food in it! I mentioned it at the front desk and was basically told, sorry that happened want a smaller fridge that works!?. Really

The view is beautiful

We checked in with Amber and she seemed nice. We then walked more than 12 flights of stairs upstairs to our room. I told them ahead of time my daughter is disabled, but they said that’s all they had. Then we went to shower my daughter and there were no towels or any type of Items of soap so fortunately we brought our own. They answer their phone with. I’ll be right back with you in a second if you call the front desk, but they are not the view is beautiful so I guess that makes up for it.

I stayed in the 2 bdrm suite, perfect for families and i was informed that new updates are coming soon to the facility. Close to the beach, in the middle of town. Beach access is alittle rough dur to a long set of stairs but very doable. I will be returning.

My family and I went here from August 19-22,2025 for a short coast get-away. The property is in a prime location and you couldn't get a much stunning view from our room window and the surrounding area. The room is a little dated, it has a carpet which we don't really mind because it doesn't have a "wet carpet smell". The bathroom is also dated, but functionable. When we booked this hotel, we are not expecting much,we just want a room with an ocean view so we can hear the ocean waves and see the sunset. The stairs going down the beach is also not bad, 131 steps to be exact. It's a good cardio for sure. The pool has a 7ft deep which is great and we enjoyed the hot tub outside. The beds are comfy enough for a good sleep, lots of pillows and clean white sheets. It's very close to shops, restaurants and 7mins from Lincoln outlet mall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, even though they are lacking AC..the breeze and the fan definitely is enough, just wish you can atleast open the window halfway. The beach is amazing!!! No sand flies so you can sit there for hours without anything biting you. We will definitely book with this place again. It's fair price in a good location.

Well went potty if thing and toilet had poop 💩 marks in it the floors still had sand on them and table and chairs looked like they were shoved into the corner of room being it’s at the beach I can understand a little bit of sand on the floor is understandable but having poop marks in the toilet is not I’m not the type of person that complains that’s why I did not call the office but since you sent me this, I wanted to be honest

Dirty room on arrival, unable to open a broken window in a room with poor ventilation. Staff offered a move to a different room with the same issues. When checking out early, manager verbally agreed to a refund of remaining stay and then refused to honor it. We do not recommend this place, the property is in disrepair and has poor management.
