Fine but could have been better

The room was not as clean as it should be. There was a hat and leftover food left behind from a previous guest. The shower door sticks and comes off the rail. It was also super hot!! The heater was set as low as possible but it’s was almost 80! The breakfast was as expected from a continental breakfast

While property seems worn down, the rooms are in good shape and very clean. Showers are updated and nice, beds and pillows are comfortable, and linens clean. Great value for the location.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin. The cabin was small and rustic with a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, one bedroom upstairs with one double bed and another one with two doubles. There was a small full kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen much since breakfast was included and we already had plans for our dinners out. kids loved the pool and there is a new pickleball court which was awesome- Caryn and Ron the owners were wonderful! all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.

Great location. The room was a little dated but nothing that wouldn't make me come back. The hot tub in the room was clean but the tiling around it was a little dingy, could use a refresh, but overall clean and comfy.

The room was dirty. random hair on the pillows, dirty in all the corners of the room and bathroom. drawers were also dirty. scuff marks on most walls and doors. Super loud, could here every foot step in room above and in hallway ( and that is with earplugs). The door draft on the front door leading to outside was broken and duck tapped on but kept falling off leaving a .5 gap in the door allowing cold air to come in.

We stayed just one night to see the ice castles close by- while the location was quite perfect- the photos on the site make this look much nicer than it was. We arrived just before dinner so we dropped our things and headed out. Upon our return we noticed the mirror in the bathroom was broken- quite unsafe if traveling with kids, there was a layer of dust in the bathroom in the hair dryer rack and remnants of hair from whomever stayed before. My kids pointed out stains on the side of the box spring cover- the linens themselves seems to be clean and in the morning we did see house keeping changing linens. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear just about anything. There was an anointing room that my husband had to force the door shut as it was not closed when we entered- the kids really enjoyed the arcade - the pool was highly chlorinated - while we didn’t swim, it was hard to not noticed the heavy chlorine smell whe. You entered (good and bad I guess). Continental breakfast was decent- the women cleaning up seemed to be the woman of many hats!!! She was all over the place doing different jobs. I’d likely not stay again. Especially if it was more than just a quick night stay .
