Loved how quiet roomd were. We had two rooms nexy to each other and I could not hear the wildness of the 5-10 year olds next door. Breakfast wss a notch above standard hotel buffets. We had some difficulties with the door locks and the halls smelled a little musty, probably related to either the pool or it appeared they had some mechanical issue going on with plumbing or HVAC near lobby. Pool was clean and a good temperature.

We arrived later than planned only to find out Hampton (not Expedia) had booked us in a smoking room. There is no way I choose a smoking room. Only thing I can think of is that Hampton (thinking we weren't coming) released our room to another and had a "contingency" room on standby for us. There was mold in the shower, the room appeared to have not been used for some time. The TV did not work (the employee told us it didn't work).

Beds were comfortable; room temp (AC) was good; quiet area. Roll away mattress/cot - not comfortable at all for the teenager who had to try and sleep on it. Bathroom could use a little maintenance - broken tile edging around the floor (catching a lot of dirt), clothes hook on the back of the door broken off. I think one of the bath towels was supposed to be in the rag pile - had a hole about the size of a half dollar in the middle and some staining.

I am a die-hard Hampton Inn guest but this property was horrible at best! TV did not work and we were told we would received a credit - we did NOT! Crumbs on floor, walls patched and not painted, lamp on one side of bed did not work, ONE electrical outlet on desk and no USB ports. - no breakfast for us - Could not get out fast enough!!!

The desk was very friendly. I had prepaid for my room only to be informed at check-in that there is a very limited amount of hot water. Then went to use the pool and found out, it’s closed because it is not functioning correctly and the hot tub is no longer there. The room was nice.
