Staff was very friendly and felt welcomed. Staff assisted me with my questions and my stay was very pleasant. The only issue i would say the hotel has is that the bathtub is quite slippery, they do include a hand rail on the wall but its still a little slippery. But other than that its clean and area was nice since its bedside the transit system, didnt hear the trains at night so we got a good nights sleep!

Best Lisbon Airport-area Hotel

We travel to Lisbon a few times a year and always experience a warm welcome and excellent service at Hotel Lutecia. Plus, it's close to the airport and there are lots of restaurants, shops and a grocery store within a short walk. It's perfect.

The hotel is a very nice and beautiful property with many dining and transportation options around. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had great deals in house with massages, food, and other great amenities. I will definitely stay there again!

My friend and i came to lisbon to visit a friend who moved out there. The overall hotel was nice, the staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. The only inconvenience was that we had paid for an executive room on the top floor and it was very very loud. Im not sure whether we were near the cleaning cupboard or where they keep spare their cots etc but every hour of the day and night it sounded like people were trying to break into our room with the banging and clattering and slamming doors. So if you're a light sleeper don't pay extra for the top floor.
