The staff was great, the amenities were very nice after long days of walking. (sauna and steam room). The location is good, it is walking distance from the city center, you can use the metro very easily, it’s right outside the doors to get to Baixa-Chiado and beyond.

We only had a really quick stay of 9 hours. I would try this hotel again. The bed was comfortable, I was able to adjust the temperature. My 2 complaints: a free bottle of water would be nice and as I was leaving the (left) elevator, it suddenly slammed on my armed giving me a very large bruise. We had just landed from a long flight and I was too tired to deal with the complaint at the time.
