Truly a wonderful little hotel located at the heart of Baixa. The hotel is very central so the location is perfect if you want to sit directly in the midst of the city. The hotel has employed the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, really the nicest most accommodating people I’ve met at a hotel. You have a personalized experience with them, there isn’t a single complaint to have. The hotel is charming, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is perfect, the 24 hr coffee is a great add on too. Big shower, nice bathrooms. I have only 1 tiny complaint about the shower, the water pressure is almost non existent. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The service at Tesouro da Baixa was impeccable, everyone at this establishment was there not just to serve you, but to make sure that you're happy! The team is very professional, efficient, and personable, making sure that you're attended to ASAP and keeping small details in mind. The common areas and rooms are large and nicely decorated (nothing gaudy!). The beds are comfortable, everything works well. The only thing missing was a toilet roll holder in the bathroom - important, but certainly not a reason to complain! The friend I was travelling with had the same comments, his room was equally large and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very good. We have agreed that there's no reason to look for another place to stay when we visit Lisbon again.

Great place. Can’t fault it

This is a great place. Rooms are fun and quirky-I had an attic double room on the 6th floor. Staff are lovely-quick to help and always go the extra mile. Great suggestions for sightseeing. Location was good. Close to metro/tram and shops (and about a ten min walk to the sea/river!) Breakfast was vast! A lot of choice, well stocked and fresh produce. I would 100% recommend this place.

The place was not easy to find at first, and had to take elevator to entrance lobby. Friendliest of staff, best location (city center), nice, clean and good sized room (given the prime location), very comforting morning breakfast, etc.. We felt welcomed.

We had great experience of staying there. The breakfast options were excellent with many fine pastries, cheeses, bacon, sausages, made to order eggs, and fresh fruits. The staff were super nice and helpful. The only minor issues were that we could hear noise from the street at night, and there were squeaky patches of hardwood floors.

Our go to place

2nd time in Lisbon, always start and end with this hotel. Very very nice people, great breakfast with amazing selection of food (also cook eggs as you request). Great location for walking around the town.

Lovely hotel in a great location

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Tesuro da Baixa at the end of November, The hotel is perfectly located to explore Lisbon and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was very good and our room was very comfortable. Overall a really great choice for a trip to a great city
