The hotel smelled very musty. The A/C did not work. There was a portable unit with the tube pumping outside. Stayed long enough to ask Expedia for a refund. Received it quickly - thankfully. BUT the hotel had the nerve to still charged me close to $70.

Very nice staff, but it looks like the owner really let this place go. Pool was completely drained of all water. There was virtually no breakfast. No actual A/C in entire building. Just ghetto and loud window units that come all the way into the space of your room. Strange that Wyndham allows the owner to keep this place. He's not doing well whoever he is...

Would give ZERO STARS if that was an option!

Broken hvac unit for hotel. Portable ac units in each room that are not able to get the rooms cool. Plumbing issues where toilets dont flush on 1st or 2nd attempts and bathtubs do not drain properly. No ice machines on floors and 1 portable unit located by front desk that was full of water instead of ice.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We arrived at 2:30 and was immediately informed that they were not letting anyone check in until 3pm. When we went down for breakfast we were greeted with a sign saying their food delivery was delayed so there was no breakfast.

every night when i come back to hotel my key would not open door had to get new card first night tv did not work changed rooms to go to counter for new key not was not nice than i had no hot water to shower with i was in town for a funeral had to go to a friends house to clean up/ i have stayed at wyndham hotels before BUT i dont think i will stay at them again i am not happy with this hotel

Great value for cost. I sufficient signage from road. Staff of 1 at check-in was overwhelmed and wait was too long. I did a pre-check-in online and was told that it was basically for nothing because I still had to fill in the paperwork at the registration desk.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had.

There was no hot water and the carpet was soaking wet due to the AC unit not being properly drained. When I said something at the front dest they shrugged and said there was nothing they can do. They charged me for a room with no hot water and a moldy floor!

Old and in poor working condition

Pros: bed was comfy, and lots of pillows. Cons: air conditioner was broken, window unit was in the room and ran constantly, was very loud. No water in the pool. Ice machine was a cooler and ice was melted. Tub didnt drain so it filled up when taking a shower, also no bathroom fan so everything got wet and damp. Lastly, front desk agent was barefoot and on her phone anytime we saw her.

Guy at desk was very short and arrogant told me its a 100 incidental hold asked was it the same card i told him i booked 3rd party he said it could take up to a week to get the money back minimum 2 days after i inserted my card room was poorly serviced i have pictures i have been in hospitality 20 years and how this room passed inspection is beyond me cant blame the housekeeper if the inspector/executive housekeeper didnt see that and oh by the way there was ice cream in the freezer.
