Sea & Olive trees is a nice and comfortable two-room apartment surrounded by greenery, located a few steps from the sea with a splendid 300 m2 garden equipped with a gazebo, barbecue, deck chairs, sunbeds and hammocks.
The apartment with independent entrance is equipped with all comforts and has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Free private parking.
Ideal for holidays as a couple or family.
The apartment has a reserved parking space, Wifi line (both in the house and in the garden), washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hairdryer.
Excellent for the departure of hiking and biking tours.

The apartment is located just 300 meters from the see and at 1.5 km from Quercianella village. In this area there are a lot Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pizzerias and Bars.
To the south, a few minutes by car, are Cala degli Aranci, Baia del Quercetano, Fortullino, the white beaches, where Mediterranean scrub and warm currents meet on the shoreline, while to the north you meet the splendid Livorno cliff, the Romito, where it is possible to take a bath in crystal clear water.
In addition to being able to enjoy the beautiful sea of the area, the strategic position allows you to quickly reach the main tourist destinations of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Bolgheri, San Gimignano and Volterra.
Bathroom linen (set of 3 towels per person) and bed linen are included in the price.
Due to the location of the cottage (in the meaddle of nature) the internet line is not extremely fast, it is possible to consult the Web, send emails, use social networks, but it is not possible to use other services such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video, etc ...
Also the telephone line is present only in some areas of the cottage.
The sea near the apartment is mostly rocks but the water is very beautiful.
It is possible to have the beaches at about 10 km.
