Customer service was excellent and breakfast was delicious all the staff I encountered was wonderful the only issue was that the pool and the hot tub was being renovated, and it was not available for use. I do think that that should be disclosed somehow so that we can factor this into deciding if we would like to stay there but other than that, we had a very pleasant stay!

When we arrived there was an empty pirates booty wrapper, right in the middle of the main walk way of our room. There was loud music from 11-1 am playing outside our room. It wasn’t coming from a guest room so it must have been coming from a place near by. Staff was very nice and welcoming when we checked in

Highly recommend! I traveled with my infant and was really intimidated to check in alone. Bethlehem (I know I spelt her name wrong) was incredibly helpful. She even brought a playpen up to the room for me so I wouldn’t have to carry it with my infant! Our room was clean and in good condition! Our experience was great overall!
