Staff we very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered many options. Our bed was comfortable and provided a good sleep. Unfortunately there was only one entrance to the building at the front, meaning that potentially you had to walk a long way from your parking stop to the entrance.

I was confusion when checking in. Had booked on-line through Expedia using a Scotia Bank card. Then had to use a TD Visa card to secure room in the amount of $100.00. Am confused now as to the amount that will appear on my bank statements from Visa. Hopefully only one charge? Would appreciate an explanation as to why when I booked everything wasn't secured and paid for on my Scotia Bank card - very confused. Next time I guess it would be better to call the hotel and make the reservation. Right now I don't know what the charge is as the printout from Comfort Inn was less than the itinerary charge sent to me by Expedia by email. Was not a good experience booking this way. There is probably a logical explanation - could you provide me with same by email as Expedia has my email address.

I was very pleased to see a fridge and microwave, and the option of coffee in our room, so a noteable thing for future travel. We had an appointment at the hospital...perhaps that information could be an option when booking, as I understand the rate is better? The room was clean, quiet, close to the breakfast area. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful, thank you so much for that. The accessbility off the highway was clear on our map. It is an older hotel so the furniture and carpeting was dated, the ottoman in our room had a stain but otherwise, beds comfortable, lots of towels and hot water...all in all, we'd stay here again!

The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They had plenty of options for breakfast and the beds were comfy, but the rooms and the hotel are in need of an upgrade. There were some unsavoury characters hanging around making us feel uneasy.

First the positives: the front staff and breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. But! As we entered the hotel there were ‘unhoused people’ at the entrance quite obviously doing drugs( illegal kind). The side entrance doors were propped open and some of them were in the stairwell and hallway to our room. When I questioned the front desk staff- I was told “ don’t worry they’re just waiting for a ride”. We were too late to get another hotel, so slept with a chair propped up against our door. Bathroom was very run down and shower not clean. Please don’t stay here
