Very little gf options and no room to adapt. The whole room service concept is weird to start, and the hours are not normal room service hours. Disappointed with that. Paper thin walls (could hear the man in the next room snoring) but very cute hotel and very pretty.

Small but nice rooms with a little balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. Ground floor covered courtyard a pretty spot for breakfast or dinner. Thai town is around the corner. Griffith Park a short walk away.

A great find

The Cara was a lovely oasis tucked away in East Hollywood. The rooms were simple but chic, quiet and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy a morning coffee overlooking a gorgeous courtyard. Had breakfast and dinner here and both meals were delicious and staff attentive. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Hip trendy & a bit loud

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great! It’s very pretty at night to relax in the patio but you should know it is a popular spot for people to come have dinner and drink drinks. So it can be pretty crowded, and a bit loud even in your room because of the courtyard. ALSO: note that is not a pool in the middle! We thought we were checking into a hotel that had a pool to relax by and take a swim, but it is really a very shallow water feature
