Super close to Universal Studios. Staff was very nice. Room was nice, needed a few touch ups and beds were not the most comfortable. Loved the parking area and they close the gate at night. Would recommend

Clean room and bathroom, front desk man was amazing at accommodating for universals HHN 2pm entry i really really loved that! Parking is limited, but workers helped us when we came back from the night out at universals

Very close to Universal Studios, 20min from Burbank airport and a little strip mall with convenient stores super close. Safety gate at night in front lot which is nice your car is secure in the lot just communicate with the host if staying out late. Parking right in front of unit. Most units are not handicap accessible.

I had a good experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh linens, spotless surfaces, and a calming, minimalist design that made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy bed to the well-lit workspace—and the air smelled fresh and inviting. The bathroom was equally pristine, stocked with quality toiletries and fluffy towels. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well-maintained everything was. Area around it seemed unsafe. But while booking it showed pictures of the outsides looking like a little bungalow with its own parking spot, when we arrived they took us around to the other side of the property and it was more of a motel with random parking.
