It smelled so clean the entire time we were there! They cleaned our room everyday. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We loved the omelette bar they offered during breakfast. Very close to many many things. DoorDash options. The pool was heated and hot tub was a great as well. Free drinks from 5-6:30. We traveled with a 7 and 9 year old that loved it as well.

Would have been nice to know about the parking fee ahead of time as I have stayed at that hotel before and never been charged. Also, why do you have happy hour when you don’t offer non alcoholic beer to no drinkers? So you have be an alcoholic to enjoy happy hour…. That was very disheartening. And something you should reconsider to make everyone feel Included. Other than that staff is great. Breakfast is spot on. Just need a few tweaks…..

People yelling in the night, kids running, my daughter thought there was a fire! Near the stairs also didn’t help. The stationary chair was filthy, it was so gross! Front desk assistant manager completely lacked customer service. This was the worse embassy we've ever stayed at... not normal for an embassy!
