The location was safe, very convenient! Close to major train lines and lots of city buses. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was nice and helpful! Plus they have little music events at night, and you get to go for free if you’re staying at the hotel. Overall a nice stay!

Great stay. The rooms got a little dirty but is to be expected when sharing. The house keeping team was great. The area felt very safe as a solo female traveller, I walked around day and night and never felt unsafe. The staff were very friendly and efficient during check in and out. Definitely plan on staying again!

I booked a one night stay, upon arriving I checked in and was given a room I didn’t pay for(less value) then I paid for! And up until I went to guest service to ask what had happened and the staff at the desk said “I apologize I do acknowledge you are in a room you didn’t pay for I told my boss and he said there wasn’t anything left to give” sooo is this the new way to do things???
