The hotel itself was fine, but the area seemed quite dirty (trash in areas close to the building.) The inside of the hotel seemed well-kept, & the staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night.

The staff are super nice. Breakfast was wonderful too. We particularly like the airport shuttle drivers who also take customers to area restaurants and stores. Very convenient and timely.

Stayed here for 2 nights enroute to Bangkok. Airport shuttle was very prompt from airport to hotel. Check in was very fast. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered cheese omlettes, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, cereal, fruit and a variety of baked goods. There is a small gym and an outdoor pool. The staff was very nice . There is no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner but there is a MsDonald’s, a Sizzler Steakhouse and a Persian restaurant very close by. There are no other amenities in the area.

A quiet, clean room as usual. Two things, the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and motion sensor light in the bathroom kept blinking on and off continuously.

I booked this hotel for my mom. I didn't realize that the hotel was not paid for the trip. When my mom arrived, the front desk staff, Mike, told her that the hotel was not paid for. I then contacted hotels dot com and they told me I had a pay later reservation. I said okay I'll just book a new reservation directly with the hotel. I went online and did that, but Mike still said the hotel wasn't paid for. I just wanted to book a hotel stay for my mom without her having any trouble. Mike was VERY rude when he was talking to my mom-I could hear him over the phone. He told me there was no way that I could pay for a room for her. He never let her check in. She had to take the shuttle back to the airport in the middle of the night with no hotel option. She ended up reserving a room elsewhere. I understand that it's my fault that I didn't realize I still needed to pay, but this was some of he worst customer service experience. Then I contacted IHG to cancel my new reservation without a fee because I was canceling about 30 minutes after I booked it. They contacted the hotel and Mike lied and told them my card was declined. I just hope I don't get charged. I also need the trip protection refunded because she never checked in.
