I hate to write reviews with negativity. But this stay was sub par OKAY. 1st Good Luck finding the lobby its in the middle of the hotel on the 2nd floor. There were no extra blankets and when we asked the front desk they gave my friend a mattress pad (with the elastic straps and all) . All they had. What no extra blankets in a hotel. Very odd. Screaming teenagers and kids running down the halls should have been addressed by security or staff since the parents were not around. Positives The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Good in general. However, in the 3 days we stayed the elevator (the only elevator) broke 3-4 times. My mother has bad knees and she had to climb to the third floor twice. Breakfast needs breakfast lol. Not limited options but rather no options

Contacted UltraServ 2 times while staying at hotel because after paying $4.00 with my credit card, dryer refused to work. Have never been contacted by service person to get a refund.
