GREAT place to stay!!

Great customer service and friendly staff. We have stayed there 5 times so far and we see the same staff members and the front desk staff remember us from our prior stay. The staff is always cleaning and wiping down the lobby tables and they have a good breakfast station. We always use the gym and the laundry room. LOVE IT at the Hyatt House!!

I've stayed here a few times both for business and fun. Love the parking situation. It can be hard to find hotels with good parking in large cities so this is always great. The free breakfast is always nice and there is a Dunkin' and Chipotle within walking distance. Staff was super nice and accommodating as well!

This hotel is not up to the Hayatt standards. I don't care if it's for the university or the hospitals following inconvenience are not acceptable: (1) Hotel is located near the freight train track. Train honks every 3 hours and the sound is harsh to awake you from the deep sleep. (2) AC in the hotel is noisy and after reporting to the reception, they promised but didn't fix it. I could not sleep 2 nights in this hotel. It's not cheap for this kind of inconvenience, therefore, please consider this review before booking it.

The property is great along with the ammenities. The down fall is the parking . You have to pay for parking in the garage and the house keeping isnt good . We stayed 4 days and never had the room cleaned and constanly had to go ask for towels and Toilet paper
