I stayed at the La Quinta in Ontario, CA for three nights on the fifth floor, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Not once during my stay was the room cleaned or the bedding changed, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay of multiple nights.
To make matters worse, the toilet/bathtub was clogged, and both my wife and I had to stand in backed-up bath water. I reported this issue to the front desk, but no one followed up or resolved it during our stay.
The front desk staff, particularly some of the younger female staff members, were unprofessional in their demeanor and response. The lack of urgency and customer service was very noticeable.
I chose this hotel based on Expedia’s recommendation, but based on my experience, I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others. Basic housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service standards were not met.
