Perfect area near Hollywood. Excellent breakfast. It costs $34 each, plus tax and tip; but, it’s was worth it to us. Good coffee, fresh squeezed juice, omelette station and more. Plus, the service was great.

Hello, I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Prior to arrival, I had requested a room upgrade and higher-floor rooms. Unfortunately, not only were the rooms not upgraded or assigned on higher floors, but the rooms we received also did not have a view, despite booking rooms that were advertised as having a view. I had followed up on these requests during the stay as well, but they were not addressed. Additionally, the rooms appeared quite outdated, and the overall condition was noticeably different from what is shown in the photos and descriptions on the Expedia listing. There was a clear gap between the online presentation and the actual experience. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be reviewed and considered for future guests.
