Great access to Long Beach, and staff was very responsive to our requests and needs. Rooms have a good amount of space at a very reasonable price. I'd definitely stay again.

This hotel was completely misrepresented online. In a terrible part of town, the building was terrible There was 1 employee who was scheduled to leave as it was time to check in, making guests very inconvenient for her. We tried contacting Expedia to switch hotels regardless of expense, we didn’t feel safe in the area. No response ever from Expedia Now they want a 5star review Sorry I’ll delete the Expedia app forever

Spacious, clean, communicative, and responsive! A few restaurants in walking distance. Long Beach as a whole has a large unhoused population, so be prepared for possible interactions if you're walking around.

Room was gigantic! And sunny with pink blossoms in the window. Thai place across the street was amazing. Walked to the beach, perfect weather. Found a fun antique shop. Must eat at Sonora town, taco place a few blocks away. Amazing art deco architecture on every block. Stayed there with husband and two kids (8 & 13) held our bags for us when we arrived early. Let us check in early, gave us extra towels. Little kitchenette had ice and a fridge/freezer. Cute little market across the street. Very low price. Convenient check in with update texts from the receptionist Heather. 10-10 will be back!

You get a code the morning of arrival to let you into their hotel and you are emailed a room number with a code to get into the room. The room had a huge closet nice kitchen large bathroom and comfortable bed. I was a little worried but it really is a nice stay.

Nice hotel

Property was nice. Weirdly it had a kitchenette with empty cabinets, no toaster, a minimalist coffee maker, so really no need for also much space as we were only able to microwave our food. Long Beach needs new city management to address the street loitering disturbances. It makes it difficult to sleep. Not the hotel’s fault, but definitely homeless or not they should not be allowed to scream out in the streets and harass people

This place was so cute just like a mini apartment. The vibe was so esthetic. The only thing was there was no elevators but it only goes up to three floors. So not so bad.
