Clean room , staff was nice and helpful. Arrived at 12:30 and was able to check in early for only $10 parking was $5. The area was safe and clean many stores near by and the bus stop was really close if you plan to not drive around in car.

The staff was super friendly, and we appreciated having access to coffee and water in the lobby. We enjoyed some pool time, but spent the majority of our trip out and about with our local friends. The room was overall fine, but in need of a deep clean. The linens (sheets and towels specifically) were good, but the pillows (lumpy) and blanket (holes) could do with replacing, and there was a thick layer of dust on the walls. We'd likely stay here again if we aren't able to stay with friends while visiting the area in the future.

I marvel at the hounding the customers relentlessly for reviews for improvement ? How many does it take? The shower has not enough pressure to rinse your hair, the air conditioning unit kept shutting down on its own refusing to start… I requested a upper floor and they stuck me in 122 a shoe box a depressing shoebox! Since June I’ve stayed here over a dozen times ! But you wouldn’t know it.

The pool area was nice. Our room was extremely run down and shabby. Dirty carpet, pealing wall paper and old mattress and bedding. Continental breakfast was granola bars, coffee and juice. I did like that it had a refrigerator and microwave. Our room, in the back of the hotel backed up to the freeway but the bushes and trees helped with the noise quite a bit.

Staff is really friendly. The property is great! Just the surrounding area of the property can use a facelift. The room is clean and amenities is great. It’s just a bit outdated. Overall, for the price my stay was enjoyable.

Floors were completely wet, they must have shampooed but didn’t bother to dry it. The phone didn’t work. WiFi password was wrong. Bed was crazy soft and not supportive at all. The TV was burnt, lights were present in the background of every channel we attempted to watch. Door to the pool is broken, had to reach through the fence to break into the pool area to use it. About the only good thing was the water pressure in the shower. I’ve stayed here before and it was never this bad. I will be requesting a full refund, guy at front desk said he’d waive the 5 dollar charge to park on property. You should give your workers the ability to satisfy guests. Why are you in the hospitality industry if you don’t give your employees any agency.
