Bad service and they did notey us check in paid $2

Very very rude customer service I paid for two day's on my card and my id and he said he would not take my boyfriend I'd off his phone his wallet was stolen and he ordered a new one dose not come in for 3 more weeks so he would not check us in eas very mean and profile us and we had to sit outside in the heat to figure out what we were going to do and stay and on top of that he stresses me out so bad I was having an anxiety attack and I 2 months pregnant so this was such horrible service and he was very very rude to me and my boyfriend this is very poor service and not good guy that day that was working that day never again will we stay there or refur it to any family or friends.
