I have been booking a room since February 21, 2025, and on Saturday the 22nd, I had dyed my hair. The front desk informed me that I had damaged property and that I would not be able to rent a room again.
I explained to them that by simply washing the towels, the dye would come out, and I proceeded to do so myself to show them that the towels were white again. They eventually provided me with new towels. The following day, when I tried to book for more days, I was told that I was banned from booking with any Motel 6.
I inquired as to why this was the case, and was told that the manager would be available at 7:15 am. I promptly arrived at that time, only to be met with an unprofessional response from the manager. After explaining and redirecting the situation, the issue was eventually resolved.
I must say that the treatment I received from the manager was not in line with my previous experiences at other hotels or motels, where professionalism is always paramount.
During my extended visit, I was informed that I had been banned from staying at your motel. However, the manager on duty at the time mentioned that she would lift the ban, but it would still indicate that I was an issue at your establishment. Despite this, I decided to extend my stay until March 1, 2025. (No damage was done and I was able to wash your towels at my expense to show proof there was no damage. That was resolved).
