My stay at this hotel was very pleasant, obviously it’s not going to be an immaculate place but it was fully worth the price in terms of what I was needing. A place that was as clean as it can be, safe to store my belongings as I went about my day, but what really made this place was the service I received from the staff. They were so friendly, accommodating, and did their absolute best to make sure my stay at their hotel was a great one from the first night to the very last. Would definitely book this place again for a future trip!

Not what I expected

It was in a less than nice area and the toilet was clogged when we checked in. They did let us check in early, so that was great! But we had to go get the plunger and unclog the toilet ourselves. There was hair in the tub too. The beds were nice and very comfy. But with such a high rating, I expected it to be more clean, a better area, and a better breakfast. I should have done more research. Glad it was only one night!

Cost vs comfort and good service

I saw rats outside the property the rooms weren't the best. Our door wouldn't lock easily. But the room was clean and bed was comfortable. It would have been a horrible stay, however the customer service was the best. Their breakfast was good and they were refilling and cleaning on the spot. I rate this hotel a low 5 and the service a 10+. Their staff is Awesome!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. If your room faces the courtyard parking lot it will be a quiet night usually but if you’re facing the outside street, you’ll want earplugs.
