Dear Marriott Team, We frequently travel for my son's national tennis tournaments, and Marriott has always been our preferred choice for accommodations due to its reliability and comfort. We also make it a point to choose Marriott properties that are conveniently located near tournament venues. However, during our most recent stay, we were quite surprised and disappointed with the breakfast offering. There were no vegetarian options available — no bread, fruits, bananas, or even a pancake machine. Most of the items were non-vegetarian, which left us with no suitable choices and forced us to eat breakfast elsewhere. We’ve come to expect a certain standard from Marriott, especially with breakfast being such an important part of a family’s stay during busy tournament schedules. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration and ensure more inclusive and balanced options in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

Staff was very responsive (when I called at 10 pm to request more blankets for the signed, front desk said to give her 30 minutes- they were knocking on our door within 5). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed.

Convenient safe hotel in Long Beach with comfortable accommodations that include living area and kitchen. Do NOT recommend for pets as the fee is extraordinary at $150/ night. The website did not list the fee as most websites do. We would not have chosen this hotel had we known the high fee for a small, potty trained dog that does not shed fur.

My king room was very nice and recently remodeled. It had all the amenities I needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. It did take a bit of time to find my room. I noticed some other guests also having to hunt for their rooms the next day. I helped one couple. This would be the only area I saw for improvement.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Our towels when we arrived were clearly dirty, not sure how the housekeeper signed off on that. The floor and surfaces looked dirty as well like they just swept but didn’t mop, and there was hair around our sink when we arrived too. The Netflix app on the TV didn’t work. It kept freezing in the middle of what we were watching . Also, one of the main reasons we chose the hotel was because of the hot tub and the hot tub wasn’t working. For the cost of the room I was expecting more. Overall, not the best experience but not the worst.
