Pleasant, humble motel amidst the Santa Monica business district. It's not 'seaside', but a good two or three mile walk will get you there. The Wi-Fi is just passable (with no security), and the flat screen TV just gets basic TV channels, no streaming media. It's reasonably priced considering the other options available. I’d come back.

Very clean, very well run. The price for the location is unbeatable and the property itself is immaculate. Rooms are smallish but very well !appointed, cozy. Staff is attentive, always available. Would recommend.

Nice place good location

Comfortable room the bathroom could have been bigger considering the size of the room. Local restaurants bars and a Starbucks opposite make it convenient.

Very sweet employee gave us a jump when our car died. Clean rooms, decent firm mattress and good pillows that aren't flat. Starbucks directly across the street and chik filet right behind it, all walkable.

FAKE SEASIDE with actual SEASIDE one hour away.

Seaside is a FAKE NAME. It is more than ONE HOUR from Beach. It shows Garden. It does NOT have a Garden. The HINDU OWNER is an OBNOXIOUS person. This property should be discarded from EXPEDIA for unruly behaviour of Hindu Patel Owner.

We had a very brief stay but the kind manager called to make sure we were still on for our stay and made check in so easy and fast. The room was quiet and quaint. I’d definitely stay here again! Very convenient and safe area!

We arrived late, staff was very friendly. Parking simple right on the property. Room had a small kitchen and full size fridge and everything was nice and clean. Bonus, Starbucks right across the street!!

Location, good night sleep

Very clean. Safe neighborhood. Nice place to sleep. Location was great not so far from the beach. It was a little small but overall a good place to get some rest before the drive home.

Nothing fancy but perfect for my stay! It was quiet, clean and comfortable! The staff is extremely nice. Just remember, it’s a motel, not a hotel! I would definitely recommend this place for the price!

This is a hidden gem in my opinion. The rooms, while not huge, are clean, comfortable and welcoming. It’s quiet, there’s parking and it’s close to everything. I will be back.
