Walking distance to 2nd St. Belmont Shore area has many restaurants and shops. ONE RESERVED PARKING spot in the rear of the building. Will only fit a standard mid size or compact car. Free and ample street parking. Walking distance to 2nd Street Belmont Shore where there are many restaurants and shops. Absolutely NO parties or excessive noise or music at any time. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
