Enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect size, good size private bathroom, comfortable beds and little sitting area. If I had one complaint it would be that there was no iron, but a steamer which didn’t really do much to get out wrinkles. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar and speak easy! Very friendly staff and convenient parking garage next to the hotel!

I booked this hotel because we were attending a Lakers game for my son’s birthday, and the bunk bed room sounded like a fun idea. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bunk bed room was extremely small and visibly dirty and dusty as soon as we walked in. My husband went to use the bathroom, and when he closed the sliding door, we noticed blood splatter all along the wall and the side of the bed not just a small amount, but a lot. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. I immediately went downstairs to report it, and while the front desk did upgrade us to another room, the situation had already left me very upset. The second room was also dusty and just felt unsettling overall. On top of that, the surrounding area did not feel safe, which added to our discomfort. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night. Needless to say, we will not be returning. The only positive was the location, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Crypto.com Arena, which was convenient for the game.

Impolite staff. Property is in a run down condition. Lights and plumbing in terrible condition. Basic facilities required of a hotel room missing. Smelly rooms. Air conditioning is noisy and ineffective. Overall a terrible experience.

Room could’ve been much cleaner. Found trash from previous stay around the room and a safety pin on the bed. The room itself was very small. AC was good and bathroom was spacious. The nearest parking garage wasn’t too far but it is inconvenient no onsite parking. Overall wouldn’t stay here again as I was weary of how cleanly the room actually was.

Hotel is really nice and good amenities. Room was very spacious and clean. Service was good. The area is a bit dangerous at night with the homeless population and we did get followed to the hotel so really the one point off because of the area.
