Most everything was great. Breakfast was a nice selection, food was good, and hot! Times were convenient. Plenty of space for all guests. Staff was all friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was very very clean and well kept. The breakfast was the biggest selection I ever seen at a complimentary breakfast. Delicious and healthy options. There for a family trip and felt safe. I would stay here again! Perfect for families on a budget.

The hotel had a musty mildew smell. But I was tired from the 6 hour drive so we went to sleep only to wake up itching and an arm full of bumps and welts. I removed all the covers and pillow cases to find bedbugs in which the “security” guard the hotel sent to our room said it was a beetle. After talking with a couple people that work there, they acknowledged this has been an ongoing problem and not the first time bedbugs have been reported at this establishment. They need to close it down and have it exterminated because there are knats in the kitchen area where the food is served. That’s just too many pests problem for a hotel located in an area that looks rundown. From the backside the hotel looks abandoned. I’m highly disappointed with my stay and I’ll never stay at a Best Western franchise again. I’d rather stay in my car.

Very relaxing and quiet. I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed. It advertised online that the hotel offered it. Other than that, my stay was great.

There was no complementary drink and the lounge area was closed. The staff was very nice. Sharing the breakfast lounge with on-site workers was interesting. I wanted to get a pizza but did not even feel safe walking across to the road. Public access through the parking lot was unsettling as well.

The rooms were clean and all but couple of things, it would be better to have the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in a nice bottles (like most other motels have it today) rather than smaller samples! The other thing is hallways smelled bad! But the rest all is good its a very good place to stay!

Everything was perfect, except there was a power outage and we had no light from like 9pm to 1:45am. We couldn't be inside the room so we spent all that time outside in the hotel parking.
