The heater / ac was so noisy. Hard to sleep. Also when I booked the room I selected a king bed. Which was available. But when I got there they aid it wasn’t. So I had to take two queen beds.

When we were trying to check in i said my name 3 times and the spelling. The name was 4 letters. He told me to let me him the receipt from me paying, he said I didnt have a room. I told that he needed to gove me my money back and we can go somewhere else, he looked on my phone again and saw a confirmation number. Other then that everything was good
