At first they put us in a room without a refrigerator or microwave. Switched our room this room the toilet barely was usable . The plunger was dry rotted and unusable. If you had a bowel movement you had to go to near by gas station.

Terrible experience

This was the most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had. We did receive an email regarding check in but was never told we would lose our reservation if we arrived after 7 pm. Plus the hotel charges our credit card anyway. It was a terrible experience. Never reserve a room here!!

Room was clean and our area was quiet. Some outdoor areas were louder and smelled like marijuana. Only some rooms have the listed amenities. We did NOT have a refrigerator. This was not seen as a problem by the staff. Our room also did NOT have a working shower. When the maintenance did not fix it, they did provide a different room to shower in.

Great Property

We arrived at 7:03 p.m. The manager was so gracious and checked us right in. He showed us our room and we gad a Great Stay! Room was clean, well stocked and perfect. We left at 7:00 a.m. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The day before my scheduled arrival I got a message that my reservation had been canceled by the hotel. MONTHS earlierI had chosen the option to pay upon arrival, but the hotel decided some time later they would only guarantee pre-paid reservations. Spoiled my entire weekend 😌

Positive: we ended up arriving about an hour before check-in and luckily a room was available; employee at front desk was kind and helpful at check-in Con: Room smelled heavily like smoke, older room, elevator had an extremely strong unpleasant smell every time we used it
