Had to change rooms three times in about 2 hrs. The second room was the worst as the already dirty sink (should have been a sign) backed up. I woke up to water EVERYWHERE in the bathroom with no way to stop it. Packed up for the last time and finally got a room that was absent of all of the prior messes. Paid for 2 nights. Stayed for one. I was willing to eat the cost of the 2nd night. It was that bad.

Hotel was clean, staff was excellent, location is great.The only think I didn't like was the walls are very thin. I had to listen to the entertainment from next door all night. It was not the TV, but definitely a marathon.

I had an excellent stay everyone was very nice and I will be staying there again. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The shower water got very hot and the water drained perfectly.

Keep up the good work

We had a lot of hiccups in our trip, but the Fairfield was not one of them. The front desk people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the Cincinnati skyline. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the south side of Cincinnati.
