Checck-in was very slow. You need two people at the front desk. The front desk person had to many tasks to complete for just one person.

This hotel was very disappointing for the price. The room was smelly, stained walls, outdated amenities and nowhere to charge USB devices. I also had to switch rooms due to the front door not locking properly. The front desk guy was polite but put me in a similar condition room overlooking the dumpsters. Won't be back. I also didn't understand why everything in Bristol was about 30% more than 15 miles away in either direction. Sad, as I have spent a lot of time in the area.

Great location. Most of the restaurants and businesses around the hotel are closed or for sale. Looks like the area was a going down. The hotel is in need of a renovation.
