The staff was rude and unprofessional. I booked the hotel for my wedding, they called me multiple times on my wedding day and were very rude on the phone even after I told them we wouldn't be checking in until later that night and not right at 3pm. I was very upset about there behavior and won't be staying here again.

Stayed a month ago, it was very nice, clean. Today, the sheets had not been changed on one bed and the room smelled like a locker room. Staff allowed alcohol and loud music in the pool area. The spa had brown foam in it. Trash and previous guest clothes laying around. Breakfest, was available until 6:35 (On a Monday). Several guest waiting. The biscuits were very cold, the gravy looked like it was leftover from the previous day (dried on the sides of the crockpot and what was there had been watered down). Water came out of the machine for orange juice. Fresh fruit was good! Will look for another place to stay next time 😔

Family fun and Leisure.

Place was clean, staff was friendly, room was clean, pool area was just right. Rented the room for a birthday get together. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Breakfast was great, they served quite a variety of items.

This used to be our favorite hotel. But the pool and hot tub are kind of cold for pool and hot tub standards. The beds are comfortable but the last few times we stayed we had not fully cleaned bathroom no soaps or towels. It just seems kind of rushed.
