Lady in kitchen needed help with breakfast preparation...was behind getting everything out. Lady working front desk casually walking around and sipping on her drink while someone else struggled. Potatoes she "helped " prepared were horrible..filled with water. She knew it and still left them out for guests to put on their plate. Need more than one person in breakfast area.

I stayed for 2 days. I told one of the lady’s at the front desk in the morning that if she can have them change my sheets and take the trashes I told her I’d be gone for some hours. Came back and it was still the same as I left it. I also went too all 3 floors looking for water in the coke machines and all 3 floors was sold out. Also the eggs in the morning was all watery like there was so much water in the egg container that’s so disgusting & lady was wondering why nobody was touching them. Other than that front desk people was super nice about everything. And they did apologize about not cleaning my room. And the room was really nice for the price.
