I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. I was happy with the service and the condition of the room. However, I was really disappointed to see cockroaches running across the free breakfast counter and up the wall. That was very concerning and made me uncomfortable to eat there so I did not! That was very disgusting. Overall, the staff and room were great, but the breakfast area needs serious attention. Managment seriously needs to take care of this situation.

Love this LaQuinta! They are warm & welcoming, clean and efficient! The desk clerks are always excellent and the woman who managed the breakfast bar works with great pride and diligence to keep everything extremely clean and the food nicely stocked and neat. I have only great things to say about this hotel. In addition to the hotel having great staff & being well maintained, the location is easily accessible from several directions. I expect to stay here every time we come to visit Lubbock to visit our son, a Texas Tech student who lives off-campus and not too far from there. Thank you for another great stay!
