I checked in, went to my room, and then proceeded to go right back and check out. Several lights in the lobby and room didn't work. Some were even flickering. The staff was all just hanging out in the dining areas. The place was dirty, door frame falling apart, half the hallways were dark. The whole place smelled like weed and there was a back door just propped open for anyone to come in. The parking lot was dim and there was a sign that said they don't monitor our even record the camera footage.

Please be careful coming to this hotel it’s unsanitary the breakfast cereal with no milk it was very dirty and unsafe if you have children please don’t bring them to this hotel

The place is a dump

Parking area had several people hanging out near vehicles smoking weed. Lights in the room didn’t work. Guy sitting beside our door in the hallway clearly high. Decided that was a big NOPE! Got back in the car drove 2 1/2 hours to a different town that had a room available at Holiday Inn Express.

We drove 7 hours to Plaiview for a baseball showcase for my son. We arrived a little after midnight and was told they do not have a room for us. The lady at the front desk gave us a room with 1 bed for 3 of us and a pull away bed. The bed was absolutely nasty with stains all over it. I have plenty of pictures. The whole place was nasty and dirty and smelt horrible. I want a refund!!!

The housekeeper was nocking my door at 9 am to asking me if I was going to leave the room. Then 1 hour late she was nocking again to tell me that I have to leave the room at 11 am... That was disturbing because the check out is at Noon....

Last night of the trip

Not amazing. I was first told the motel was sold out, then that my room they had saved, accessible, was given to someone else. After much consternation, I was given a room that actually turned out to be pretty. good. No lights in walkway inside courtyard, and a terrible pool that was empty and looked like it had been that way for some time. The desk clerk was very nice and did her best to correct a difficult situation. One out of four nights recently staying in hotels wasn't bad.
