All garbage, including items in the refrigerator, must be removed from the condo prior to your departure. There are garbage bins located south side.
No cleaning fish in the condo. $100 charge for doing so.
NO PETS INCLUDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS DUE TO THE COMMON AREAS WHICH COULD POSE A DANGER TO OTHER GUESTS AS WELL AS CAUSE ALERGIC REACTIONS.
