The hotel check-in was quick and easy. The Marriott hotel is very clean and the room had newer carpet a nice size dresser, a separate desk with chair, a large couch, a coffee center with a somebodies fridge. The bathroom had tile floor, and the shower had very hot water with good pressure. The hotel is close to several restaurants. The room was on the highway side which is noisy due to traffic, but later into the evening it quiets down. I would ask for a room away from the highway next time. It is very nice and clean and I recommend it.

Front staff was amazing. Parking not was dangerous due to ice, pretty pour conditions for a week after the storm. Bathroom shower was cracked and dingy looking. Breakfast was exceptional and overall a good stay but the parking lot and the bathroom couldn't go without notice.

The hotel front desk staff Chyna was very polite, friendly and helpful at check/in suggesting restaurants and places to go. She gave the option of the floor to stay on and explained where the closest parking spot was. The room was very nice and clean, there was plenty of space, there was an extra comfortable chair, and the bed was comfortable. There were several T.V. channels including HBO which was nice. There is a great Cracker Barrel restaurant in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The manager told us to park in a location near a door that did not offer external entry. When questioned she said use your key but there was no external handle so you couldn't open the door. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. I ended up standing in line 3 times to get my room. She did not inform us of the $42.00 card hold in addition to the room cost.
