We stayed at this Hotel with a group of people. One of the rooms were filthy so they went to the front desk and ask to get another room. The hotel did not have any rooms available, so they had to sleep outside in our van. About 4am there were guys going around with ski masks pulling on the door handles of vehicles within the garage.

Property was very nice. Front Desk Personnel were very personable. Lady working at night was very helpful. Parking garage was full due to event across the street. She opened the gate to the parking lot next to hotel so I could park. Room was clean mostly, some dusty areas, but nothing to complain about. Was a comfortable stay.

Just a very basic average hotel. Bathroom was in need of upgrade and it was generally worn but not awful. Staff was friendly but the place felt a little dated and sad. Given the price and location for what we needed, it was fine.

Exceptionally priced but outdated

Exceptional price. Staff were great. Free covered parking. But this is an older and outdated hotel. Rooms were like stepping back in time. Could use some sprucing up but for the $60 price tag it great. Room keys also don’t work but 1% of the time

This hotel was lower cost than other area hotels, and garage parking was free, so that was good. Not luxury, but ok place to sleep. My room phone and internet in the room didn't work, and the swing bar door lock was partially broken off my door which was a bit concerning. I mentioned the room phone and internet to the staff and was told that the wires were in the walls so they couldn't do anything about it. The hotel needs a refresh for sure.

NOTHING GRAND ABOUT THIS DUMP!

MISERABLE EXPERIENCE! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS. STAFF IS RUDE, HOSTILE, BELLIGERENT, AND UNAPOLOGETIC. THE MGR LITERALLY GOT UP IN MY FACE AND YELLED AT ME WHEN I COMPLAINED. NON-ADA COMPLIANT Price gouging for a room that is uninhabitable. Loose wires on floors, non-functioning and flickering lights, large water leaks flooding the bathroom, warped bed, filthy carpeting, broken furniture, torn curtains, and musty smell from not so grand old bldg. When I commented about the lack of accessibility for the disabled, a staff member told me the hotel was like this 45 yrs ago, nothing has changed since then and nothing will change. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS NOT-SO-GRAND “HOTEL” The ice bucket in the first pic is from a water leak above the light fixture and mirror in the bathroom. When I checked in the water had flooded the counter and floor of the bathroom and the light fixture was shorting out. I placed the ice bucket under the leak around 10:00 pm, it was close to full 12 hrs later.

Friendly staff and convenient parking. Only drawback is the direct connection from parking to the hotel for anyone in a wheelchair. Must exit parking garage and go back up the street tot the front of the hotel to access it.

Wasn’t bad for an older hotel. There wasn’t any hot water. The room was cold when we got there and turned the heater on and it smelled at first like it hadn’t been used in a while. Staff was good very friendly and accommodating
