I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: -Super convenient to the ferry landing. You cross the street and you’re in the lobby. -Check in was very fast and the staff could not have been nicer. The staff overall was great. -For a hotel on the busiest section of town, it was very quiet. There was live music in the bar that shared a wall with our room and we couldn’t tell. The sound proofing efforts must be amazing. -The room was spacious and clean. Cons: -The price point was pretty high for what was essentially a basic conference hotel double queen room. I realize you’re paying for the location but it didn’t feel like the room lived up to the price point - even in high tourist season. My feelings might have been exacerbated by the fact that our room didn’t have a window to the outside. We couldn’t exactly appreciate the sweeping views of the lake or the lively atmosphere of Main Street when we couldn’t see outside. Also for that price point, you would think your room rate would include breakfast but it didn’t. We could have paid extra to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant but chose one of the nearby restaurants and spent way less. -The towels were small, thin and very cheaply made. Same for the pillows and bedding - thin and cheap and uncomfortable. Again for the price point, I expected something of higher quality. So I don’t regret my choice and it’s not like it ruined our trip or anything. I would just choose another hotel nearby given the opportunity.

Wonderful stay. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Had a blast on our girls weekend+. Only caution for future visitors; the room we had (atrium) felt a bit like a cave, because no windows facing outside. If your looking for a super quiet place to unwind this is perfect for you, but if you would like to see any sunshine or evening sky from your room, I would choose one of the rooms with a balcony.

It was a great stay right from the start! It was right by the ferry and the service was impeccable the second we walked off the ferry! It was located right in the downtown area, so everything was right there and we could easily stop in anytime we needed! We had a waterfront room…really enjoyed the trip! Definitely recommend!!!
