The 1st room we were given was not made ready. The 2nd room was ready, however 3 out of 4 soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Both times I spoke to the desk clerk, I had to seek her out. While she wasn't rude, she certainly didn't seem happy to check us in or help with the room not being ready. Lastly, the location of the elevator so far from the lobby is ridiculous.
