First time staying here. The check in process was fast and courteous employee. When arrived to room, it was dirty,dusty, roaches it had not been cleaned properly for a long time other than a surface wipe. I asked for a thorough cleaning and when I went out the next morning returned that night and employee had no idea if anyone cleaned it. When I asked and they only replaced towels. Asked for a bed change and no house keeping available all day so I asked for linen to change it. I have pictures. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs rubbery mini ham and couple bagels. Will not stay again

The staff was pleasant, room was clean with a clean bed and towles. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is older and could use a remodel but overall will stay again.

The room had mold on the wall and lamp, the second room they moved us to had a light fixture hanging from the ceiling, the cleaning staff clearly doesn’t do their job properly. The front desk staff was very nice, the night girl was just a little weird, the man at the breakfast area was nice but he just hovered the whole time.

Elevator not working. We were offered a refund but chose to stay. Room could stand some extra cleaning and the sheets were worn with holes. The stairs that we had to use had a door that lead to the outside and it was left propped open so anyone could come in without going through the lobby. Didn’t like the idea of anyone just being able to come in. Staff was friendly and nice.

Manager doing the best she can but place needs major updating. As so many new hotels are much more expensive, I guess the low pricing of this hotel helps those who can’t afford the higher priced places.
