The room was fantastic with an amazing view. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and courteous and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the bed was a little too firm and the breakfast was just ok. But overall great experience and if we are in need of staying in Madison again I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and nice. I love the view and shower plus the very tall ceilings made the room feel spacious. The only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been a better mattress. It was way too firm for me especially since I'm a side sleeper other than that I highly recommend the Cotton Mill!
