I would like to inform you that I was unable to sleep or stay in the hotel due to the presence of insects everywhere, including on the bed. This situation caused me significant discomfort and concern, especially as I am worried about accidentally bringing these insects back to my home.

It was so comfortable and close to a variety of fun things! Stayed for the airshow on Saturday, ended up going to the Crowded House for dinner. Only 12 mins away. Staff super friendly and helpful, plus the rooms were cozy and clean!

Our room was ok. But they was remodeling the lobby. It was covered in dust last night when we checked in, which was understandable. But this morning when we went down the check in counter had not been cleaned nor had the breakfast area. Everything was covered with Sheetrock dust. It was so bad we went elsewhere to eat.

Property is under construction but was still pretty clean. The walls in the room were dirty and the AC didn’t work the best. Front office staff was nice though made me laugh and smile

The only front desk staff that spoke was Nancy. She was very nice. I was there for 3 days. On the second day I was called and questioned why I was still in the room. When I was told I would have to come downstairs because I was checked out. There was rust and mold in the bathroom on the towel racks and around the tub. The chair in the room was so cracked and bad it would peel off on your clothing. They were also very quick to text me at check in to let me know they would not be cleaning my room for the three days I was there. The ice machine on the first floor did not work. And if the pool opens at 6 am it should have been cleaned from the night before. The breakfast in the morning is not monitored for cleanliness until they are cleaning up and taking food away to close up even though they had people who were trying to get breakfast. Then I watched them plate it up for one of the women who worked in the hotel. I will say that the housekeeping staff was super friendly while walking the halls. The front desk couldn’t be bothered to look up or even speak when you walked past except for Nancy who spoke every time.
