It’s a beautiful room in a beautiful well situated hotel. However the walls were paper thin and we got to hear everything and I mean everything in the next room. When I mentioned it to the staff at the counter they simply thank me for the information. I guess not much they can do about it!

Employees at front desk were very friendly, room was nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was delicious. It is located at the Main Street but very quiet inside. It was our second time staying and we will definitely come again!

I think the main things that stood out were the location and a nice hotel lobby. The room was tiny and the interior was outdated. Tiny TV and terrible wifi. Might be good for domestic travelers but the unreliable wifi made it totally not worthwhile for international travelers like us. The elevators are small and often there was a queue 8-9 times out of ten in the lobby.

Fantastic hotel located on Gran Via, the main shopping road. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Staff were very friendly. In the summer you can use the rooftop pool too.

Hotel was great and location was nice. Security guard Ivan was very helpful with great suggestions very nice guy. Only complaint was room was rather hot no matter how low you put AC.
