"great location, near the river and old town, excellent public transport connectivity, nice restaurants nearby. hotel in excellent shape, super friendly staff, including restaurant staff. good breakfast. room small - no cupboards or armchairs - but adequate especially for shorter trips. good beds and quiet airconditioning."

Holiday Inn - the niu, Mood Mainz by IHG

"Difficult to get contact with the staff. When asking for a map of the town they take from the table. There was no pap. Then they said that they are run out of maps.
Difficulties with the WiFi. Did not function in our room. When asking in the reception, they said just that try again.
Breakfast was good "
