Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Stayed one night as a stop on our way to Lake Tahoe. Found the resort to be very clean and QUIET... Staff at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and professional. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Enjoyed our stay so much, we booked it again as a stop over on our way home. Will not hesitate to stay here again on future travel to Mammoth...

Toilet leaked, the unit 321 is badly in need of an upgrade. Owner apparently doesn’t care. Not worth the money. The overall resort is still beautiful but starting to age. Will stay elsewhere in future visits to my happy place in mammoth lakes.

The staff went above and beyond by making our stay special. They prepared some treats for our anniversary- a bottle of wine plus a handwritten greeting card which made it extraordinarily amazing. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend this place.

First off, the staff was great. the front desk was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The views from the townhome were amazing, no issues there. The condition and appearance of the townhouse was a combination of off putting and bizarre. The carpets were tiger stripes and fairly dirty. The layout of the townhome was cramped with too many furniture pieces for the space, for example, the bedroom had a chest of drawers where the bed made the bottom half inaccessible. It was simply too large for the room. There was missing molding in the upstairs bathroom. There were no instructions on how to operate the fireplace. The phone did not work and I could not dial the front desk. The throw pillows on the sofa were soiled. All in all, the property is in desperate need of a redesign and a freshening up.

Great stay with nice staff. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning floor. Our feet were black each day as it is clear the floors are just swept and not really mopped or scrubbed. Positives housekeeping comes each day to empty trash, refill soaps, dishwasher soap, and bring new towels. One day the bed was remade as well. This is more like a rental a bnb that happens to have a front desk.

Very clean property. Rooms are well stocked and clean. Beds are comfy. Parking is underground, private and heated. Checking in was easy. Receptionist was really nice and friendly. We had a beautiful view from our room and the windows open to allow fresh air in. Property is a little older but it adds to the charm. We loved it here and will come back when it’s time to ski. A ski lodge, lift and rental facility are steps away from the hotel.

This spot is very nice and would come back anytime. It would be extra nice when mammoth is fully open. Overall the condo was spectacular and the hot tubs were a nice bonus fir after skiing.
