Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Great property for the value. Rooms are great. This trip my bed was really bad but I just slept around it. Great amenities, pool jacuzzi and if you want convenience you can use the mammoth shuttle that stops right outside the hotel

This hotel is really run down compared to a few years ago. The room smelled like smoke, the heater was so loud and the pictures shown online don’t look like the actual rooms. The location was a plus though. Most of the amenities are closed so make sure you inquire before you book.

The room is clean and nice, friendly staff at front desk. However, we requested housekeeping for our room, but no one came to clean our room and change towels the next day. We have to use dirty towels or we need to pick it out ourselves at front desk. Poor management for the operation team

Hotels stated we would get a resort credit. Instead we were charged the resort fee. When we got home there was a random $50 charge on our card. When we called to ask about it, we were told the room "had an odor". We have stayed with our dog in hotels in Mammoth and other places for 12 years and have never had an issue. Total scam.
