had to change rooms twice, once because the thermostat did not work (no heat), and second when the toilet got clogged and no maintenance people were available to fix it. It was a holiday but they should have had emergency staff.

I stayed here for my graduation ceremony at SNHU and is was very pleasant. I read the reviews before choosing and they all expressed how clean it was. I am definitely a witness to the amazing clean rooms that my family and I stayed in here. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and I’m very particular of where I stay when traveling. The staff was so kind and accommodating and made you feel welcomed. If ever I am traveling to the area, I would definitely choose this exact hotel to stay at! Thank you to ALL of the Clarion staff! You are AMAZING!
